Impressive I just wish I could have had studied that type of thing when I was in my karate class it's actually pretty cool when you're loading stuff like that it's very amazing when you're learning things like that I just wish I could have stayed in my original karate class a long time ago sometimes you do need to learn how to use a weapon to defend yourself it's okay to use your arms your legs and your fists sometimes you got to arm yourself it's a situation calls for it 🥋🙏😌🙏🥋

I'm struggling to find the right size of bo staff.. I'm 175cm tall (which should be 5ft and 8.9 inches) and in my neighborhood I can only find a bo staff of 182cm, which is like 6ft. Won't that staff be too long in order to learn swinging the staff?

I spent a lot of time in the MMA gym. I’ve trained with some really great teachers are taught me a lot. I completed level two Krav Maga. That being said, I would never want this scrawny little guy teaching me self-defense. He is so small. The average baseball player could beat the crap out of him. If he doesn’t think it’s necessary to get into the gym and get his body built up and strong, put some weight and some muscle on him how can you trust him as a self-defense instructor?! Out if that wasn’t bad enough the way he’s teaching is nothing like the way I was told when I took Krav Maga. The way he’s teaching them and demonstrating punches, there is no power behind those punches. He’s not teaching them how to generate power from the tips of your toes, all the way to the end of your finger, the rotating of the torso, the loading of the rotator cuff, all the necessary components that go into a hard stopping punch this boy. “Boy has no understanding.

@@fsp2832 i am also just another person on youtube leaving a comment. If you want to start krav maga and a fighting gym is available where you live, try asking for a free lesson or look for MMA gyms. Just a gym like the guy above trained in. One can know and teach the techniques without being huge. These types of video can give you some basic sense of what to do IN THEORY for you to practice at home. Real life training with a partner under supervision of a person who is a trainer and can give you feedback on what to look out for is crucial. Don't get me wrong, size and weight is a very big factor in a fighting! A small person will have considerable difficulty going against the tall person of same fighting knowledge. I am a person on the internet so don't automatically trust my advice! Hope your Krav maga journey goes well
